You know something?
I'm going into a job in September where I'm going to be helping debug problems in Solaris.
As a result, I think it'd be a good idea to install OpenSolaris sometime this summer, feel my way around, and generally get to know OpenSolaris. So, for various reasons, some that have none to do with technical stuff, but all to do with people-watching I've started reading a developer's blog (Albert White's blog - seeing as he's a former Netsoc HSA, and has helped us out a lot this year) and then read some others, like this particular article and I suddenly wish that I'd paid more attention in Tahar's lectures, and that he'd give better lectures in the first place. Also the semi-racist in me comes out and wonders if delicate things, like the fine-grain solutions to all-too-common problems of operating systems, could be explained in English by someone who can speak it well.
So, yes. I'm going into a job where I need to wrangle an operating system... and I really want to know more than Tahar could ever get across to me?
Is it clear?
